How Dare They

Democrats make fun of Republicans. (Well, how could we not?) And Republicans make fun of Democrats. It's inevitable. And, often, pretty funny. And, of course, each side thinks they are totally in the right.

But this is completely disgusting: Found via Digg, there is a Fox News Radio host called John Gibson who, when discussing the media after 9/11 on his show last Friday, mocked Jon Stewart's emotional response to the attacks on the first post-9/11 episode of The Daily Show.

I remember that episode. Do you? Jon Stewart opening up the program asking the viewer 'are you okay?' I remember being so fragile at the time. Freaking out at every siren I heard, every plane overhead...nearly crying every time I saw a car with an American flag sticker because I knew what it symbolized...

So, Jon Stewart tearing up on The Daily Show? As genuine as you can get.

And this asshole mocks him.
